No fluid leaks under the vehicle

Inside

Brakes feel firm and work normally
Seatbelts work in every seat
Child restraints are available and in good order if needed
Horn, wipers and heater or demister work
First aid kit is in the vehicle and stocked
Vehicle is clean and free of loose items

Fluids

Fuel is enough for the trip
Oil, coolant and washer fluid levels are fine

Driver and passengers

The driver holds the right licence for this vehicle and has been approved by the church
Passengers are no more than the number of seats with working seatbelts
Any load or luggage is secured and within the vehicle’s limits
Any problems from the last trip were fixed or reported
Spare wheel (or repair kit), jack and wheel brace are on board
