Ask to hire the venue at Rutland Street Church. We will contact you to confirm.

Hire conditions
Your group appoints a Head Fire Warden, who knows the exits and the assembly point and leads everyone out if the alarm sounds.
Know where the exits, assembly point and first aid kit are.
In an emergency call 111, then tell the church contact.
Leave the building clean and tidy, and lock up as agreed.
No smoking, vaping or alcohol on the property.
Children must be supervised by their own adults at all times.
Report any injury, damage or hazard to the church contact straight away.
